Welcome to Mindstorm

We've been building ESL/EFL educational applications since 1997 ( used on CD and web technology at the time) and recently completed our first foray into iPhone apps. Based in Tokyo and with considerable experience in educational fields and product design we hope with the forthcoming applications to make learning less of a chore and more of a fun activity, while at the same time being completely relevant to the course taken by the student.

 

Also, building apps that are companions to the books used in a course, we hope to make study/playing our educational games - closely relevant to the course objectives and consequently more useful.

 

The teachers role is obviously an important one, and being able to use apps that help make this role easier (such as automating testing where possible) will also be part of the product specification.
